Recently Phoenix ToolBank Launched our 2nd program, the Heat Re-Leaf Program to serve our community during high heat months. The Heat Re-Leaf program provides portable A/C units and distributes consumable goods through our Corona Street location during the summer. See below for additional details.
ToolBank provides portable emergency Air Conditioners to nonprofits, schools and government departments to support our vulnerable neighbors at no cost for disaster response. If your organization is currently not a member at the ToolBank please register on our “First Time Borrower” page. Units can be able Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4:30 pm within an hour of the request being made. In partnership with Valley of the Sun United Way and our other partners, ToolBank provides consumable heat relief goods during the summer months. These can include heat relief kits, first aid kits, water, hygiene kits, etc. For additional information on how to receive the kits please reach out to Jana Ferraro at jana.ferraro@toolbank.org.
